Bad service that’s beyond their standards

I would like to cancel my policy and request a refund for the debited amount on 23 June 2023. Which was not an agreed debit date.

This was a big inconvenience because the money that was debited was for my transport to work. I told the consultant who was helping me that the debit date is supposed to be on the 28 of every month.

I am very disappointed on you guys honestly. I was even called by one of your consultants named Asive Mtswaru who was rude and never given me a moment to explain. She also advised me to go to the bank and reverse the payment when I requested a refund.

And she also stated that your debit check runs three days before debit date. I told her that the person who was helping me to open the policy never stated that I was only told that the reason for a debit check is that if on the agreed debit it happens that there is no funds and it bounces. The debit check will track of any funds coming through and debit.

But never they less we conclude that I need to attaché screen print of the debit order and she will forward them to finance to request a refund. Please see attached as proof and it would be kind of you to update me on the refund expected data
