Bad service from MiWay life

I have a life polisy with MiWay. I have sent them an e- mail I sent a e- mail on 3/8 and again on 6/8. . With no respons. An outomates respons come back saying “ your query will be looked into and we will respond within 48qh” no respons e-mail or even a telephone call.
