Bad Service
If you dont ask them they wil never call or mail!! U submit a claim for somone that passed away U need to explain. The way they operate is like the cleint should know what, how and when to do things!! I have various claims at this stage because of the passing of My Mother with 4 companies and all of them have settled and MiWayLife stil looking for new dock's every now and then!! Last place I will join thats for sure!!!

Now tell me what team is the correct team beacause a claim should be with the claim team and if they dont di the job they get paid for get a new team but dont move things around just to keep somone happy that complaim make sure U dont get complains by having the correct staff on the correct spots as ezy aszz thatttt

01 Mar 2021, 15:29Thanks for the update today 1 March 2021 via the call!! Maybe its time the Hospitals get review on Helo Peter fot the bad service and feedback!! The update today was the same as last week from Mi Way Life still waiting dock's althou Mr E Buckle via mail informed me he will drive to them Friday to collect and pay it seems it never happend!!
