Bad service

On the 15 of March I was paying R358 for life cover together with funera cover, I removed some members from the policy bringing the total premium to 227. Received confirmation that they were going to deduct the 227 effective from the 25 of this month. Today is the 26th they deducted the previous premium, requested callback since in the morning, no response, sent emails, still no feedback. I think I will switch to another insurance who takes customers seriously.
