Bad service

I am very disappointed with how my life insurance has been handled by Miwaylife.... They are very *********** i have asked for status of my account which they could not provide and advise only their team leader can do so resulting from their *********** finance department. Their team leader assured me will get back to me, which she never did, i called they make excuses that she was on a meeting, i send her emails she doesn't reply. Hellopeter is my last resort as it seem Miwaylife house is not in order.
