Bad experience

My claimed for my father as he dies an accidental death, however they failed to pay my claim yet the first installment went off the day before he died, their agents lie to get a sale, I asked them to send a recording of the call for more than a week now, still they have not sent, I only received the claims rejection letter after 2weeks, their service is bad and I'm taking this matter further
