Avoiding Cancellation

Since yesterday morning I’ve been trying to cancel my life cover. But my calls are not being answered, I left a voicemail then got a callback as soon as I mentioned the cancellation I was told that calls can’t be transferred to the retentions department, they will load a message for them. Hours passed with no communication, I called again and still was told they can’t help me until retentions gets to my matter. Why is it that Miway is quick to give out insurance but when a person wants to cancel it’s a long procedure. I am no longer in need of that expensive life cover. And you better not deduct from my account because you’re intentionally prolonging this process just so that the premium can go off and you will takes weeks before refunding me.
