Arrogance and ******** act by MiWay Life

Worst service ever. Ever since I joined them in August 2018, they always deduct their premium week before the set date of 31st of every month. I tried calling in to correct this but still no change....even the so called updated my policy document is saying the 31st is the stop order date....worse even some information is incorrect and never get updated.
