Am I still covered or not?

I am very disappointed at Miway that every time I need them to action my queries I end up coming to Hellopeter to get their attention. I took a life policy with them late last year and it stipulated that I need to take HIV test within 3 months. I missed their deadline and I called them and explained to them that I missed the deadline and I was told my policy will be suspend until I do the test. They send a nurse to my house to do the test and she confirmed to be that she sent the result and I need to follow up with them.

I did exactly that and I was told that someone will call me and two weeks later nothing. I call them again sometime this week and the last consultant that I spoke to told me that my case is sitting with management and they will revert back to me but still nothing.I need to know if I am still doing business with you guys or should I look somewhere else?

Every time when I call I request the recordings of my calls and nothing. So Miway is this the only way for us as your customers to get your attention by getting our queries via Hellopeter?
