Absolutely terrible service

I have been trying to claim for a funeral policy from MiWay Life since the 14th September 2021. I have been sending numerous emails to Nosipho Ngwenya but had no reply for the past 2 weeks. The service is appalling and unprofessional, God forbid if I actually needed this money for my sons funeral 5 months ago, what happened to trying to make the process as pain free as possible. Who need this unprofessionalism when you dealing with the death of a loved one?
