5 star rating goes to Nosipho. Half a star for MiWaylife

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not rating MiWayLife at a 5 star. I'm rating the 5 star to the person who assisted me, I believe she tried to advocate for my case. My biggest thank you goes to Nosipho from the funeral claims department. She really did try to keep my hopes up, communicated as often as she could about the next steps and it's all that counts during such a time.

The claim was only paid out 2 weeks and some days after my dad was buried. I have no words for MiWay on this really, being a good payer, never defaulting really means nothing, system is not flexible even though they know that things are not always perfect at the passing of a person.
