3 to 8 calls a day?!

Is there a reason that I am getting between 3 and 8 calls a day from MiWay Life? I am not a client with MiWay? And when I answer, the call runs for 8 seconds of silence and then the call cuts? This is harassment. Calls come through at all hours of the day and I have requested more than once for MiWay to completely remove me from their call list. As I am typing this I have redialed the number that keeps calling me, but yet, absolutely no answer. I tried blocking the number numerous times, but by some way the calls keep coming. This is making me uncomfortable and I urge you to resolve this issue.
