2nd Month MiWayLife debiting he bank account on wrong date

I am disappointed with MiwayLife. I authorized them to debit my bank account on the first of each month.

This is the 2nd month, they debited my account on the 25th. Last month they called me and apologized and promised me that they will change the debit order date BUT HAVE FAILED TO DO SO.

What is the reason for this MiWayLife?
