I understand that during the lock down agents are working from home. Not a problem. I want to thank Namibia Sithole and Mogadi Sello for EXCELLENCE service. However, the last person I spoke to was a lady called Mommy. What a frustrating experience! !!!! She didn't (or wouldn't ) understand what I need to do with my policy. She keep on prommissig to call me back. 19 calls from my side and when I finally got hold of her she promused to call me back today (7/3) before 11am. It's now 12.42 and I'm still waiting. I was always happy with my way but after my experience with Mommy I strongly thinking of moving my insurance to another company! I can only hope that someone (preferably Mogadi Sello) will give me a call back today!
