Zero customer service…..

MiWay sucks…Everything I was promised they failed to deliver….

1.Lift from the accident to home

2.I had to fight for the courtesy car for days(I had to ubber from my house to my son’s school and to my workplace….the list is endless

3.I was humiliated when the guys from Avis came to fetch the car from my work place….

4.My car took about 4 to 5 months to be fixed..only to returned with a broken foot rest…& the penal beater people were aware of this…

5.I was told that they will give me a call …So that they can arrange to fetch my car for repairs ….the door …rim ….and broken foot rest part…

6.Customers service sucks.I’ve spoke to many people including Lucardo ….Just imagine paying R4600.00 for 4 years and getting excuses when it time to claiming…This is my first claim that has left a bitter taste
