Zanele was AWESOME
Zanele was AWESOME. Definitely a credit to the MiWay organization. She assisted me with a reduced premium, dropped the access amount for basic claim and windscreen damage. She even went a step further to advise that I can possibly call back in a few months to check if my access can be reduced further. What and employee!!! Insurance Companies need to employ more Zanele's. Well Done Zanele and I hope you can make many more clients happy because you have a just scored 1 very loyal client to MiWay.
