Zanele Mvelase was honest and professional
Zanele Mvelase was honest and professional. I spoke to her about my unhappiness with the increase of my premium. She told me she will call me back after 3 weeks. She did call me and managed reduced my premium about again. She also gives honest advise and opinion, which is rare in insurance companies.
