Zandile Mfuphi heroine of my car frustrations

<p>Id love to thank this Lady for her excellent job done, It really shows that some people love and understand what they are doing and customer service is what they always take into consideration,My car was stuck and I called Miway for assistance, It was around 6pm when I logged my first call and waited flippin 1H30min for response but none from the person who logged a call for me and the service provider,Made a follow up and the second person promised to call me up untill now,Around 20:15 I made another call where I was assisted by Zandile Mfuphi,She stood with me until Tow truck was confirmed,hardly 30min I got a call from the service provider Big T Towing,While on our way Zandile again made a follow up to find out if the truck came,Excellent service,I wont stop complimenting her today,tomorrow or anytime if she keeps up the good work she is doing. 101% Thanks!!!</p>
