I phoned my way regarding the incorrect capturing of my personal details on a new policy that I just got with them, and 2 things stood out regarding the service that I got from Zandile:<br> <br> 1. She acknowledged that there was a huge mistake, apologised and <br> 2. She was solution driven.<br> <br> The incorrect rate that I was initially promised, she kept, and therefore the incorrect capturing of my address details did not compromise my pocket. She phoned me, and would not allow me, to hang up until my query was resolved.<br> <br> Thank you Zandile! You are a star :)
