Your standards of service have gone down hill to the drain

My call just got cut / dropped by a call center agent from claims .. I was transferred. She pretended as is she cant hear me. Miway service and standads have gone down the drain. I mean we clients pay our premiums month in mouth out without fail and we get this shocking service when we need help that we pay for?
