Your service providers

I sent the email trail regarding the completion of my vehicle. I logged this claim on the 18th October 2019 already which is now 2 months later... I am honestly at my wits end with regards to the urgency between Miway and landsdowne Coachworks regarding fixing my vehicle. I understood when they needed to import some parts but days go by without any proper resolution... And this is now the final straw... They keep pushing back the date of completion.

My husband was at the workshop yesterday and told that it's basically done and that it would be ready today for the glass to be fitted and that it will be done today.

Now I am getting emails stating that this is being pushed hack until further notice... This is unacceptable I have had to spend over 6k just borrowing other vehicles and having an extra expense by using different transport methods just to get around... This is unfair towards me as a client that I have to sit with this ridiculous service provider of yours who probably wants to go on holiday now and now all of a sudden the car isn't going to be done within the promised time. So now on the 30th I will get another email stating it's pushed back to 2020 some time because they don't see the urgency to complete the job, nevermind the struggle I am going through.

And then you people still expect me to pay the excess of R4250 which the legal department said they would recover from the person who knocked into us but now your legal person (Charmaine) has gone radio silent and I'm stuck with the inconvenience of no transport, a spoilt car because it's just standing and not running at all for the past 2 months and the added expense of seeking other transport. Now they want to offer me a courtesy car after the 30th but I don't need that as I am already borrowing one from someone else and I need my car...

I want Miway to consider waiving this unfair excess fee as I am losing out big time.

Please treat this as urgent and contact your service provider to sort try this mess out asap.

Regards
