your help will be much appreciated

my name is joseph Serakalala id number *** i was in an accident and my car was damaged beyond repair.i gave them my story and all the necessary paper work but they refuse to pay off my car even though it is written off.this happened last year September and to add salt to wound, they stopped the insurance because the car is no more ,but as the car is still under absa vehicle finance, the absa team went on an added the insurance on the car,so i do not agree with them because there the is no more car on the road i need your help please
