When I signed up for home insurance, I was told by the consultant that everything in my house is covered. When I put a claim in for my oven l, I was told because it's built in my kitchen unit they can't replace it. This was all things we mentioned to the lady before taking the insurance and we were told literally everything is covered. When I told the lady that followed up on my claim she said she'll listen to the call and still hasn't gotten back to me. So miways consultants lie to get sales?
