You hear Miway, block your ears and run as fast as possible

Had a battle with Miway since March 2022 till March 2025. Had a leaking roof that they failed to fix since March 2022, March 2025 the opted to runaway from their responsibilities and paid me out the amount quoted by their service provider.

They then hiked my monthly premium from R776.47 to R1025.52(debited) without notifying me. I called and complained, then they promised to reduce the premium to R898.16, to my surprise again, they debited R902.40, with no explanation.
