You Guys and Gals ROCK!

<p>MiWay</p> <p>I called MiWay on Saturday 8th, told them I have a breakdown, my baby did not want to start … the guy said to call them on Monday as I was not near the vehicle anymore, and his words was “we will assist you” (that is if I don’t get any joy from my Warrantee people) … I was furious Monday at the towing and my warrantee company … 7 hours later … my vehicle was still not towed, in fact Tuesday they still had excuses so ...</p> <p>I then called MiWay (Tuesday 11 Oct 2016 10:06) and my problem was solved … it’s been towed to the closest Jeep dealer and now I can find out what’s wrong with it …</p> <p>So …a BIG HUGE thank you to Felicity at MiWay who calmed me down and made me realise MiWay has a solution to my emergency she, and Themba both who called me repeatedly to follow up and find out if the Towing company has contacted me … you guys deserve a HUGE thank you for being so polite listening to my problem and assisting me to get it sorted. I did not realise that I was not going to be sorry for having taken my insurance with MiWay. <br /> <br /> I have been with them now just over a year, now I will give them the rest of my insurance needs.<br /> <br /> Thank you for making my ordeal so much lighter, being so understanding and competent in your service. Thank you MiWay! You guys and gals are truly worth it!</p>
