yet another shocking experience from Miway. i tried to refer a friend (name drop) on the website to takeout a policy. after 24 hours my friend i referred had not received the email with link in order to do the policy online. . so i name dropped again. after name dropping again the system said i have already name dropped and cant again... fair enough.. so started the online chat explaining my story .. Zandile told me not to worry my friend will receive the link that was this morning. this afternoon we still never received the link and started online chat again. the 2nd person said they have escalated the query to relevant department so i waited ... few hours later we still havent received this email with a link and 3rd person on the online chat said they have a 72 hour turn around time... which is shocking
