Yesterday I made contact with miway insurance to do 2 things for me

Yesterday I made contact with miway insurance to do 2 things for me. First I needed a history schedule which I did receive. Secondly I asked that the movable must be removed from my schedule. Later the evening I received my updated schedule and Bohahle went to change my whole schedule for me without informing me that everything is going to change. I am with miway since 2013 and this is my first nasty experience with miway. If you contact miway for specific stuff they cannot go and change everything without informing you if he indicated to me when we were busy telephonically the morning I would not have been so surprised the evening.
