Yes today, I had a wonderful experience with Olebogeng @Miway. I called in to cancel my policy as I had a better quotation with one of the competitors. During my interaction with her, I got a sense that she really wanted keep me as customer but her approach was not aggressive but calm. After listening to me and ascertained all the facts, she then presented me with the available options. I still had an option to take my business elsewhere but it was her personality, she embodied Miway as if she owned it, that made me keep my business them. Thank Olebogeng 😊 keep up the good work 👏
