Yes. I needed assistance with my car. At first I thought it was my battery. I called miway and Sabelo Dlamini assisted me. He kept me calm and always reassured me that help is on the way. He kept checking to see if everything was still okay throughout. The battery people arrived and it turns out it wasn't the battery. Sabelo kindly helped me and explained next steps to me. I'm happy that he kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay as I kept panicking. I'm grateful to Sabelo for his assistance, his calm demeanor and his professionalism. Sabelo you are awesome thank you.
