yearly policy review: premium and excess

i received an email from Miway that my Premium and Excess was increasing. my excess was going to increase with more that 80%. i was not happy and called Miway directly, i reqeusted for them to phone me back, after about 5 sec a consultant called me back and we had a brief discussion on my premuims and excess. long story short, they help me and gave me a great deal.
