When I spoke to you about the bakkie you still asked me if it a new or second hand bakkie I still told you that it is a brand new out of the box bakkie there you had a chance to tell me to take it in to be inspected but no you chose not to do that the reason I don't know. now my question is why didn't you tell me that day that I had to take my bakkie in to be inspected? No you let me drive my bakkie for a month then you send your message. I had that peace of mind that my bakkie is insured for damage. Now how do I move my bakkie out of the yard knowing that I'm not insured for damages? . I have to say I thought you guys are the best in south africa with the customer service you are but what happened today I don't know anymore.
