Wrongfully debits on account
Last month we were informed late of salary date change and Miway debit order unpaid, I changed the debit order immediately the next day and made arrangements for the premium to go off. But checking bank statements today, they send the debit order to bank again on the wrong date. THey say they've changed my debit order to a Naedo system and that is the reason why it went to the bank yesterday. Then what is the reason I changed the debit order date in the first place. I changed it so that I won't be charged banking costs for unpaids, but Miway doesn't care about that... the debit order will now unpay and I will be charged R100 for that, which is not my fault. I want Miway to reimburse my R100 in banking costs and make sure that the debit order goes through on MY given date and not whenever you want to!!

26 Sept 2019, 16:32I had to lodge a complaint again, cause still you could not get things right. Miway now owes me R220 for July and September unpaids. I want this money reimbursed!!
