Wrong Way

I might be just a drop in the ocean within your clientele but i have been with you for nine years uninterupted cover. I sat the whole day on 17 Oct 23 waiting for a call i was promised from the claims dept and it never happened. I was supposed to take my car to a second repairer on 17 Oct 23 as the first delivered substandard work. My car was damaged on 31st July and same towed and to this day i am waiting for excellent repair work. The claims dept tell me i cannot be offered rental car as the initial 30days were exhausted. Miway, you are responsible as you took my car to a non reputable repairer to fix my car. I am driving around with non colour matching paint colour on my car. And i have to wait for someone from management to nod their head that i should get a rental car. You have wasted more than enough time for me. Fix my car and give me a rental car.
