Wrong price charged without reason this is not neg

I bought a new renault kwid 2021 yesterday at motus select paarden eiland phoned miway I had qoute done for the same car 2 weeks earlier for R718 and this qoute was valid for 30 days, when I phoned the guy sed he didn't do the qoute and thst it was only valid for 24 hours, then I relished something was wrong, so he charged me R814 in stead of R718, so at the end I asked him what's happening about the price no he could nt do anything about but this is a load of ****, I changed last year from Outsurance where I was 15 years to get better pricing on insurance, I am not leaving this at all, phoned that they call me back but no response waiting endless calls and airtime whitch costs money, this policy must be changed or I will keep on putting messages on Hello Peter for information wrongly given, my price is R718 not R814, consultants wants to charge you there prices in stead of what was rite there the price that you are soppose to pay
