Wrong debits
On the 2nd June 2023 premium or kver three thousand was taken from my account. I went back and forth with Miway trying to get the money back. Next thing there was silence and issue sorted. No apology, no nothing. Then booomm same debit order on 12th June 2023. What must happen now?
My premium is R1600.00 for two cars and I do not owe any premiums.

14 Jun 2023, 09:38Now I get an sms saying I am not covered for both cars, meanwhile its Miway that keeps tapping into my account with back and forth transactions and bank charges that I now have to pay as they can only reimburse at the end of the month. I need to find better cover serious, this is just some bull****.
