Wrong debit then they cancel policy

Hey,

Why are you debiting me the wrong amount on the wrong date? This lead to unnecessary bank charges, and a lot of inconvenience. I have called to get clarity on this, next thing I'm getting told that my policy has been stopped all due to your mistakes, now I'm at limbo, don't know if I'm insured or not. This is simple stuff how can you fail to do such a simple and straight forward process, debit x amount on y date...FIX THIS>
