Wrong Debit date

I signed up with Miway because they offered me a better quote for a car insurance,I signed up with them without any hustles and accepted a debicheck for the 31st of every month but to my surprise the debit order went thru on the 25th of June and bounced now I have to pay penalties for something that I emphasized over and over again to be debited on the last day of the month, refer back my recordings with your consultant

This will definitely be my 1st and the last month with Miway insurance
