wrong debit date

1st debit order just recently joined and the choose to debit money on the day we did not agree on when you phone and ask they say system only can refund in three days at that time im at the garage trying to swipe and card is declining and they expect me to stay at the garage for those three days in order for you to leave very disappointed in them what a wrong way to start wonder when i have car problems if they will keep up to they promise
