Wrong Date Debit !!!!

I changed my acc from FNB to ABSA , i changed the debit date and everything I even phoned 3 days ago to make sure everything is correct. This morning I receive an sms from my old account unpaid debit, my credit rating will be affected. Moving all my insurance this afternoon.
