Wrong claim rejection

I'm very angry at this insurance company. One of their clients hit my car last year September. The client was told not to communicate with but me to communicate with them with the claim. I provided all the required documents to prove that I was hit by the car of their " favourite client". The sad story is that there is even an accident report available at Camperdown police station in KZN but is ignored also the tracking report was provided is ignored, because I'm black I'm not favoured and mistakes are only meant for blacks whites are always right, whites are being supported to do wrong to blacks. They told the white man not to talk to me so that they can not fix my car. I'm pleading for assistance 👏👏
