Write-off car claim

I had an accident on the 5 of Feb 2022, tried calling Miway for tow trucking their line kept telling to leave a voicemail I towed my car home, callle them on Monday the 7th the car was picked up on the on Tuesday the 8th it was send to a panel beater three days later they confirmed that my car was a write-off due to the money to fix is high than the value ever since their consultant has called me only twice i have to keep on making a follow up. Last week Friday I was told the papers are submitted everything is done till now there's no correspondence it's been more than three weeks to get an update I must call them every time. Even today they tell the same thing they said weeks back no one has called every time I speak to a different consultant but I can't get hold of the one whose handling my case. They have my car in their possession I'm still paying for the car that was in an accident three almost four weeks back.
