WOW What an incredible experience, WOW what a guy!

<p>I called into the MiWay call centre to update my policy. I spoke to Tebogo Pitjeng, he assisted me in the most friendliest manner possible, he was patient and his passion for the customer really showed. I kept him on the call for more than a hour asking him various questions and to calculate certain things for me. This guy was really amazing he was soo patient and not once did I ever hear a sigh or that attitude as if he is getting tired of the call. I must say Miway you have a gem in Tebogo Pitjeng, the qualities displayed on the call and his genuine character is definately what made my experience with MiWay today exceptional. MiWay you need more Tebogo's in your industry, with staff like Tebogo you will be putting a smile on all your customers faces.</p>
