wow service received

I was involved in an accident this morning just after 5:00am i contacted Mihelp to my surprise after dialing the number the call was answered almost immediately .With today's fast pace and the fact that most people who provide any type of service have more work than they can handle, good service may be considered a rare treat. Tow truck on the scene within minutes First road was sent the driver had great people s****s and worried about how i was the amount of empathy he showed it was so hard to believe that such people existed his name was Clint. Next minute when i looked the ambulance was there to come find out if i am okay and if i do have any injuries. The only thumbs down is to the Ennerdale police station when i called them to come to the scene with no shame at all the told me there is only 2 people on duty and no vans to come out. I then tried Metro Police the guy told me he is off duty and his shift only starts at 06:00am and by this time it was minutes before 06:00 Thanks to your company and the excellent service provided by your delightful employees.They showed empathy and they contacted me every step of the way to gather information and sms's came through keeping me up to date on the sequence of events during this time, wow wow MIWAY wish you had your own Police force too. I would not hesitate to refer Miway to anyone and will surely share this experience with everyone i come into contact with. Thanks Again my name is Melanie Block
