Wow service - definitely an asset to MiWay.
Double-debited on my car insurance and I was so ready to leave MiWay, lodge a formal complaint with the Ombud & tell anybody and everybody who would care to listen NOT to use MiWay Insurance. Ntokozo went above and beyond calming me down. Refund effected and the professionalism she dispalyed was phenomenal.
