This is just to appreciate the service I received from Neo, if I had to rate her service, I'll most definetly give it 17/10, when I call the centre, I was frustrated and ready to cancel my policy, but after she explain clearly all the other alternatives or options I had, I was happy and satisfied and she made me realize that it was still necessary to have the policy. I'm happy and fulfilled now. Join me in say #NeoForPresident
