Wow! Experiencing the gem of good service in SA

Oh Wow! Called in to log a claim for a vehicle accident and Andrew was helpful, efficient, thoughtful, more than competent and didn't pass me around from pillar to post. Over and above that - he was upset with the department that had to deal with the call because of long waiting times, and that added a personal touch that helped me maintained my patience :) Andrew also explained the situation to the other agent - so I didn't have to explain myself again. in total the call lasted for little over an hour but he made it absolutely worth it - with the smile in his voice and making sure I got excellent service. Miway can certainly teach other insurers something about TCF Legislation! Thank you Andrew!
