Wow! Excellent Service!!!

Good day,<br> <br> Miway all of a sudden increased my car insurance premium, I called their call center to find out why, and was told the o-l-d story of price increase, however Thabang got into my shoes and with understanding and sympathy, he spoke to his manager to see how can they help in reducing the premium and WOW, I have no words, my premium went down from the normal (not the proposed increased) by over R200 and Thabang clearly explained everything and even fixed all the errors that were on the policy, tanks to miway, it is either my-way or the hi-way, and yes it was done my way.<br> <br> Thabang you went out f your way to calm me down and now I am writing this report.<br> <br> You guys just made my day.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Adelaide
