Wow. Nompumelelo Mntambonwas just amazing. Though it is the general service from Midway that is consistently phenomenal. To think I spent so many years with a previous insurer when I could have been with miway all that time. Love the service, love the assistance, and just big thanks to miway for a superior customer service experience everytime. And hold on tightly to Nompumelelo, she is a star and the perfect ambassador for your organisation.
