worst terrible service

I have had terrible service from miway, my fianc? an i both have our vehicles insured by miway in which mine is under business insurance, I am on the verge of loosing my job and miway simply does not care nor assist me at all, i was involved in an accident which left my vehicle drivable but bent to the left, my claim was approved and my car taken to the panel beaters in which I was provided a courtesy car for 10days , however the panel beaters took 3 weeks to fix my car which left me with 1 week of not having a car and not working as miway declined to extend the days on the courtesy car, when i went to collect my car the performance was bad it would struggle driving on 80, my steering controls where not working and I had no hooter, I took the car back to the panel beaters and was told miway would not further pay as they say all problems where existing in which I asked how they know as they never assessed my car before the accident, I was told my car will go to Nissan in woodmead for them to assess which was last week Friday , today I am being told it has gone for a 2nd opinion whereby Im on the verge of losing my job and miway has refused to get me a courtesy car to use so long.
