Worst service with Miway

Hi i had an accident on Friday i.e 17-07-2015. I was in a shock and and i did let towing people to help me .<br> <br> I did inform Miway in 2 to 3 hrs after the incident about the towing.<br> <br> Till today i.e 21 07 2015 the vehicle is not towed back to Miway its just waste of storage cost for me.<br> <br> I called Sonia with the number she provided cant reach her called into cal lcenter for the updates not helpful i was on call for 18 minutes and Galo the agent says the supervisor is busy on another claim.<br> <br> Can someone really help me here ?<br> <br> Thanks
